Slept like a baby!

I have trouble sleeping like 2-3x per week. I have tried many different sleep aides including Ambien and prescription drugs and I always woke up groggy or half a sleep most of the day. I take this product from QuickHIT 30-60 min before I want to sleep and it relaxes my body and before I know it I am very relaxed and tired and ready to fall asleep. Actually works!
