



NOURISH – MEAL REPLACEMENT
I was very skeptical before trying a sample my trainer gave me from his tub. Could not believe how good it tasted! Delicious on it’s own, but I like mixing in frozen cherries or frozen mixed berries and making a smoothie. It’s like having dessert for breakfast and I’ve lost a few pounds too. I look forward to breakfast now and never miss it!

I normally don't like meal replacements as they are using super low calorie and end up being incredible unsustainable, but I love Nourish. The biggest difference is that it actually keeps me full and I love the ingredient list and how the macros and micros break down for a shake. Taste is amazing (reminds me of Nesquick choc milk) and I usually add a few ice cubes for texture as well
